Friends Sofia and Tania founded Alma de Sur in 2020 with a desire to create simple, chic and timeless beachwear.

The most important aspect of the brand was to create effortless flattering pieces that could be worn over and over again using ethically sourced natural fabrics.

Inspiration came from the Peninsula of Yucatan, where both Sofia´s and Tania´ s family heritage belongs, inspired by the magical beaches, elegant colonial buildings and effortless culture.

Every Alma de Sur piece is artisanally hand made in Mexico, using only the best quality linens and cottons.
